Fix README: add missing Skills section & Tool Parameter entry, fix heading levels, typo, double periods
- Add 7 Skill prompts and 1 Tool Parameter prompt that were missing from README (~13,100 tokens) - Fix heading levels: Creation Assistants, Slash Commands, Utilities are now h4 (####) under h3 Agent Prompts - Fix typo: 'Desscriptions' → 'Descriptions' - Fix title case: 'Slash commands' → 'Slash Commands' - Fix 15 double-period sentence endings
