feat(web): update favicon with hero image style

- Generate new favicon using nano-banana-pro (Gemini 3 Pro)
- Cyber-classical style with cyan/amber dual-tone lighting
- Metallic sphere with circuit patterns and runes
- Matches hero image visual identity
