Start-work command and config handler now reference 'atlas'. justsisyphus	c4b862cbc4	refactor(hooks): rename sisyphus-orchestrator to atlas ... Hook name is now 'atlas' (not 'atlas-orchestrator'). Directory renamed to src/hooks/atlas/. All references updated.
