YeonGyu-Kim 16e034492c feat(task): add team_name routing to task_list and task_update tools
- Add optional team_name parameter to task_list and task_update
- Route to team-namespaced storage when team_name provided
- Preserve existing behavior when team_name absent
- Add comprehensive tests for both team and regular task operations
- Task 12 complete (4/4 files: create, get, list, update)
