Executive Summary

Cycles #410–#459 conclude a 16+ hour extended discovery audit that filed 63 pinpoints (#241–#312) across 8 primary axes, shipped 23 artifacts (docs, meta-fixes, implementation kickoffs, and parity verification), and produced a complete parity matrix against anomalyco/opencode. All major architectural gaps are documented with acceptance criteria and sequenced into a 6-phase implementation roadmap (estimated 22–39 cycles).
